Gazz Debut Album Featured In iTunes Staff Favorites

Gazz are once again listed among the staff favorites . This time they are listening to our debut album which contains many Gazz classics that have been featured on your favorite MTV shows and in some particularly awesome films!

Gazz Song “Gardenia” Featured in iTunes “What We’re Listening To”!

Once again Gazz is featured on iTunes among the staffs favorite picks. This time it is our song “Gardenia” that has caught the attention of the iTunes staff. This song deals with apocolyptic predictions from a dying species (the Gardenia) in a world so polluted that it can no longer support life.

Gazz cover of Radiohead’s “Creep” Available Now on Naive Records Kong 2 Compilation CD

The long awaited (after a delayed release date) Rock At Kong Volume 2 featuring Gazz’s cover of Radiohead’s  “Creep” is available now on import.”Creep” is also available on iTunes on the limited edition “Covers” CD.

The Rock At Kong 2 Compilation CD  (on Naive Records, French label for Beatles, Pixies, The Raconteurs, The White Stripes, Thom Yorke, Guided By Voices…)  also features  Jet, Justice, Orson and Supergrass among others.

The song “Creep” is one of a number of  fan requested favorites at Gazz live shows that were included on a special collection e.p. (available on CDBay and iTunes) also featuring songs by The Hives, The Ramones, Nirvana and others.

Gazz Make Music With Sink To See

Yes, it’s true, audiences recently got a special treat as our own singer/guitarist/songwriter extraordinaire did a stint filling in for our good friends Sink To See on the drums. During their search for a new drummer after parting ways with their last they asked Jimmy to fill in for them on some really cool shows they had lined up including The 15th Annual American Society of Young Musicians Awards show, where they graced the stage with music legend Stevie Wonder, as well as on a special live  edition of 97.1FM’s (KLSX) “Should I Stay Or Should I Go” on “The Frosty, Heidi and Frank Show”.

It was awesome to see Jimmy tearing it up on the drums with our good friends Sink To See. Special thanks to all our friends and fans who came out to support!

Gazz TV Appearance On The CW Network’s Hit Series “Girlfriends”

Gazz makes an appearance on The CW Network /Paramount Pictures Hit TV Series “Girlfriends” in an episode entitled “Hustle And Flow” where we performed our song “Crawl” in a  scene where the character played by Persia White is trying to get a spot on the stage for an “open mic night”with us and a few other artists.

The shoot was a blast and the episode still airs frequently so keep an eye out if you missed it the first time around!
